Asset Management requires the execution of a first-rate asset and property management strategy to ensure operational efficiencies. However, as property developers and investors we also understand how to add value over a shorter time span.

Development is in our DNA and with over 260,000 sqm of projects developed throughout Hungary we have a commanding knowledge of Project Management and Construction Management. We have completed many ‘build to suit’ properties for companies including Nord Anglia (BISB) l, Procter & Gamble, Honda, Nissan, Ford, SPAR, TESCO and British American Tobacco. The team’s strong skill set in project management has been refined over many years of managing construction activity. The successful completion of each project is ensured by combining the extensive development backgrounds of the core management team with the diligent selection of project contractors and balancing of investment and operational costs.

From the beginning, REM Group has helped our clients invest client capital into value-add real estate projects. We have almost 30 years of experience in Hungary acquiring development sites and income generating assets. We secure value-add opportunities by exploiting our strong relationships and extensive market intelligence.
Importantly, we understand the dynamics of the Hungarian real estate marketplace and effectively guide clients to unlock the potential of our home market. However, as we are bullish on the future of the wider Central and Eastern European zone, we have begun to extend our footprint by putting our extensive regional network to work for our clients.
We also manage investment structures for third parties and are expanding our range of business activities as our client base grows.
