We are pleased to announce that White Star Hungary has renewed its lease at the MOMentum Office building, located in the MOM Park area of Budapest.
Krisztián Barabás, the Managing Director of White Star Hungary, highlighted that the location of the MOMentum Office building is excellent, offering proximity to a full range of services and facilities that enhance the experience of their staff. This was a key factor in their decision to renew the lease.
We (REM Group) are delighted to have White Star Hungary as a tenant, as they are part of a leading CEE investor and developer group with approximately 2.5 million sqm of projects developed across four countries. Currently, they have two active developments underway in Hungary: the warehouse project "Park 22" and the luxury residential development "Eötvös 12."
