Transaction advisory and property management mandate

REM Group is delighted to have assisted the new owner in the acquisition of the Faedra 22 warehouse project located in district 22 of Budapest, furthermore REM Group has also been appointed as Property Manager. The 16,600 sqm warehouse complex is state of the art and has a focus on ESG features with BREEAM certification.
