Tertio Millennio, a Residential College and Study Center for High School, University Students and Young Professional Men (Tertio Millennio Tanulmányi Központ és diákszállás) is continuing.
REM Group oversees the project management of a unique 4.000 sq.m college, study center and dormitory to be built in Budapest's 8th district, at the heart of Budapest's universities and next to the Semmelweis University and the University of Public Service.
Designed to cater to local and international clientele, this development will be a facility for years.
REM Group has obtained the building permit for their client, the site has now been cleared and we are selecting the builder to construct the College, with works to start Q4, 2024.
