REM Group project update: Construction to start!

We are pleased to announce that our client Fundatio Tertio Millennio, has now selected a construction company called MERKBAU Építőipari és Kereskedelmi Zrt to build the Residential College and Study Center for High School, University Students and Young Professional Men (Tertio Millennio Tanulmányi Központ és Diákszállás).

REM Group oversees the project management of this unique 4.000 sq.m college, study center and dormitory to be built in Budapest's 8th district, at the heart of Budapest's universities and next to the Semmelweis University and the University of Public Service. Designed to cater to local and international clientele, this development will be a facility for years to come, and once operational will replace the current facility which is in District XII, Budapest.
