Kincsem Palota

The historic and famed Kincsem Palace is a grand neo-classical “townhouse” built by Count Ernő Blaskovich as a residence and the stable of the most famous Hungarian racehorse called Kincsem. REM Group acted for the Owner in the sale of this central city jewel. The new owner, Optinvest Zrt, is a Hungarian real estate company which specializes in the ownership and restoration of unique inner-city properties and Kincsem Palace will complement their portfolio. The sale required extensive skillful negotiations to reach the conclusion of the transaction.
