The Rákosrendező Masterplan

The Rákosrendező Masterplan is one of Europe's largest and most ambitious urban regeneration projects, transforming 244 hectares of inner-city land into a visionary new district.

The winning proposal was led by Coldefy, an internationally recognised French architecture and urban design practice known for delivering innovative, and people-centred projects across Europe and beyond.

In second place ASTOC ARCHITECTS AND PLANNERS from Germany, and in third place equal superwien urbanism zt gmbh and Chybik + Kristof = Architects.

A project of this scale has the potential to redefine how cities evolve — setting a new benchmark for sustainable, connected, and people-focused urban design. We're excited to see this transformative vision progress.
